Mid Autumn Festival

Hey!! So yesterday night was Mid Autumn~! that means....PARTYYYY!!Thing is tho, yesterday was a thursday night. So unlike our usual party where everyone comes together and stay up till 1, it started around 9 and ended at 11. D: And the saddest part was we didn't get to play our annual games ;A;... If you're wondering what that is, click here and just read through :D. Imma just let the pictures do the talking now :D Sorry bout the picture quality...again...

Yeh~ Every year we would have this awesome ice cream mooncake by haagen dazs!!

Cutting it up~

So the centre or the 'yolk' is actually mango sorbet!
I'm sry if this doesn't look that appetizing cause we couldn't use our hands so we used spoons instead.
There's also a layer of chocolate biscuit underneath the ice cream, which to me was the BEST part of the moon cake :D

Yes you've read that right! It's the new jerky moon cake!!
As weird as it sounds it's sooo nice!
Down side is there's too much nuts in it...Should replace with chicken floss~
The one on the right is actually charcoal moon cake!
Idk why but charcoal is like super popular these days.

 Food is here!

And here's a pic of me looking like a ghost LOL

Happy belated Mid Autumn Festival guys!!!
Hope you guys had a blast :D

A meaty meal after exams

Most of you know that I'm taking my SPM this year and my trials just ended like not long ago. For once I actually think my laptop breaking down was a good thing LOL. I got more time to study and it got me back into using twitter.. Yeh... Constantly spamming it now haha.
Getting back our test results is always the worse thing ever. Even tho some of my subjects improved I swear I could've done better... bloody mistakes .__.
Well  anyway, I'm not really sure when but mom and dad decided to take me to Paragon one Sunday (since ya know, family day) and we went to SAM's Grocery. Omfg the meat are so freaking cheap! So like we bought some back and some spices for well... fun lolol.

So, mine actually turned out having a pretty meaty taste, since i only used a garlic and pepper seasoning. But if you guys want a more herbal and lemony taste, you can try using thyme, rosemary, some lemon zest, garlic, a dash of olive oil (or vegetable oil ) and of course ,salt and pepper. All you need to do is just massage the meat, cover it with the seasoning and just give it a nice rub to make sure the meat is covered by it. Of course, there are other ways to cook it like marinating in some sauce but this is just really quick and easy~

I think these are ribeyes? and they were only like RM20+!!
I mean if you go to a restaurant and order ribeye it'll at least cost you freaking RM25+

I wanted to use some other herds and spices but mom saw this D:

 Grill!!!

For like 2-4 minutes on medium heat depending on the thickness of your meat.
Note that I always go for medium well so there's a pretty pink/red line in the middle.

When you see this, it's time to flip!

 Look at those lines...!!

Serve it up with some veg and you're done!!

 The perfectly cooked meat!!

Dad enjoying his share lol

I apologize for the bad camera quality AGAIN but I'm gonna get a photo editing program on my laptop soon and hopefully it'll help lol.
There are so much more that I want to post about! Here's a part of it: it involves deep frying :D
Till then~!
