A meaty meal after exams

          Most of you know that I'm taking my SPM this year and my trials just ended like not long ago. For once I actually think my laptop breaking down was a good thing LOL. I got more time to study and it got me back into using twitter.. Yeh... Constantly spamming it now haha.

          Getting back our test results is always the worse thing ever. Even tho some of my subjects improved I swear I could've done better... bloody mistakes .__. 

          Well  anyway, I'm not really sure when but mom and dad decided to take me to Paragon one Sunday (since ya know, family day) and we went to SAM's Grocery. Omfg the meat are so freaking cheap! So like we bought some back and some spices for well... fun lolol.

          So, mine actually turned out having a pretty meaty taste, since i only used a garlic and pepper seasoning. But if you guys want a more herbal and lemony taste, you can try using thyme, rosemary, some lemon zest, garlic, a dash of olive oil (or vegetable oil ) and of course ,salt and pepper. All you need to do is just massage the meat, cover it with the seasoning and just give it a nice rub to make sure the meat is covered by it. Of course, there are other ways to cook it like marinating in some sauce but this is just really quick and easy~

 I think these are ribeyes? and they were only like RM20+!!

I mean if you go to a restaurant and order ribeye it'll at least cost you freaking RM25+

 I wanted to use some other herds and spices but mom saw this D:

 Grill!!!

 For like 2-4 minutes on medium heat depending on the thickness of your meat.

Note that I always go for medium well so there's a pretty pink/red line in the middle.

 When you see this, it's time to flip!

 Look at those lines...!!

 Serve it up with some veg and you're done!!

Corny Ice Flakes

Yo!! If you guys are korean fans or enjoy entertainment programs, well you'd probably heard or watched 'Happy Together' before. It's a talk show but at the end there's a segment called 'Late Night Cafeteria'. The guests on the show will bring their own late night snack and compete against one another. Normally the food will be cheap, quick and convenient to make since it IS a late night snack. Then they will vote and see whose gets to go on their 'Menu' :D
So I've been quite free these days...studying aside. So I decided to try out one of the simplest recipe I saw. I don't really remember what the guest named his food but imma just call it Corny Ice Flakes~ Trust me it's really, REALLY simple. (Pics taken on phone :( Sorry about the bad quality)

Ingredients
A carton of milk
Cream corn (Canned)
Condensed milk
(I accidentally deleted the picture of the ingredients.... *headdesk*)

Instructions 

Put the milk into the freezer for about 2 or 3 hours

You can use any milk you want but I personally prefer Goodday.

Cut open or if you want it's easier just to tear the whole box open.

Empty onto a bowl and you will get this!

If you have the time you might want to scrape it into tiny pieces so it'd actually look like ice flakes.

But being the lazy butt I am, I just left it as a cube. 

Then take scoops of corn and condensed milk and just pour it all over the ice flakes/cube.

Note: Don't be afraid about the quantity of condensed milk and corn to add in cause the more the better!)

(I'm sry if it doesn't look appetizing but it's actually nice!)

It actually taste like those potong ice cream we had when we were kids but just a bit more milkier which makes it a lot more nicer. Keep in mind that this opinion is coming from a milk lover so if you don't like milk I suggest you share this with someone or just cut the milk block in half.

130623 Farewell and Bday

Since I'm bored of gaming and studying (k mostly gaming) I decided to update my blog~ yayyyy

We had our ranger farewell at EnO's restaurant named Sarkies! If you've read my blog you prob know that I went there with my family before. And yes, I get to have snowcrab this time!!! Disappointed max tho LOL. AND THERE'S NO LEMON MERINGUE T_T...
Anyways, since JX's birthday was coming up we decided to give her a surprise :D And yes things went as planned hoho.(pics are taken from PY and HM) (Oh and I'm too lazy to edit the pictures to improve the quality so yeh sorry bout that :D)
